★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar horrivel para morar, cheiro de esgoto muito forte, escorpiões que sobem pelo ralo, sindica chata e insuportável demais implica com absolutamente tudo, vizinhos que ficam o tempo todo de olho no que você faz pra fazer fofoca e você ser multado, enfim deveria se chamar morada do inferno nao recomendo jamais para ninguém a nao ser que a pessoa nao se importe de morar muito mal.
Horrible place to live, very strong sewage smell, scorpions that go up the drain, boring and unbearable unions imply with absolutely everything, neighbors who keep an eye on what you do all the time to gossip and you get fined, anyway you should I don't ever recommend it to anyone unless the person doesn't mind living in a very bad place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio antigo e possui muitas regras bem rígidas, cuidado pois tem escorpião e sobem pelo esgoto, tubulação antiga o que ocasiona muito cheiro ruim pelo período da noite, região muito boa, porém o condomínio em si deixa a desejar
Old condominium and has many very strict rules, be careful because there are scorpions and they go up through the sewer, old pipes which cause a lot of bad smell at night, very good area, but the condominium itself leaves something to be desired

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Limpo, seguro e boa localização, porem dependendo do bloco houve-se todo barulho da rua, como carros, caminhoes e bares tendo que se acostumar para relaxar. Não indico para quem tem animais como cachorro pois não é permitido andar no condominio, tendo que descer com o animal no colo ou transporte até a rua, ou crianças, pois não tem lazer algum alem de uma piscina que nao é muito utilizada, vizinhança um pouco mais velha e muita fofoca (sendo algo antiético). Normas muito rígidas com pouca coisa. Também havendo escorpiões no encanamento que sobem para alguns apartamentos alem do cheiro de esgoto muito forte.
Clean, safe and good location, however depending on the block there was all the noise from the street, like cars, trucks and bars having to get used to relax. I do not recommend it for those who have animals such as dogs because it is not allowed to walk in the condominium, having to go down with the animal on their lap or transport them to the street, or children, because there is no leisure other than a swimming pool that is not used much, a neighborhood little older and a lot of gossip (being somewhat unethical). Very strict rules with little else. There are also scorpions in the plumbing that go up to some apartments in addition to the very strong smell of sewage.
