★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O prédio é um pouco antigo, mas não tanto. O elevador funciona bem e até é espaçoso, embora tenha dado problema algumas vezes. Os apartamentos são grandes, tem quartos de tamanho bons, pelo menos o que eu morei tava reformado, bem ajeitado. Já o condomínio não é muito bom, falta água direito, a piscina é pequena, a academia é horrível, não tem muito espaço pra as crianças brincarem e o estacionamento é meio apertado, algumas vagas não tem cobertura e outras são presas.
The building is a little old, but not that old. The elevator works well and is even spacious, although it has sometimes been a problem. The apartments are big, they have good size rooms, at least the one I lived in was renovated, well maintained. The condominium is not very good, the water is lacking, the pool is small, the gym is horrible, there is not much space for children to play and the parking is a bit tight, some spaces have no coverage and others are stuck.
