★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabalhei nesse condomínio como Porteiro pela força máxima na época foi muito bom com o zelador vilson a única coisa ruim na epoca um morador que fazia parte do Conselho não aceitava notificação feita para seu apt conforme notificação de seus filhos e se destacava como Pm uma vez ele tentou me agredir estava bêbado tentou me puxar minha gravada para fora da janela para me agredir pois tinha recebido uma notificação
...um morador passou e enterviu pedindo para não me agredir pois tratava tds bem,,,Deu até viatura mas não fui á frente da tentativa de Agreção e no dia seguinte o mesmo pediu desculpa fora disso tds moradores associavel bom de trabalhar.

Muito barulhento , escuto o meu vizinho roncando pelos corredores , o povo conversa muito nos corredores tb achando que ninguém ouve , paredes são finas geminada dá Pra ouvir tudo , tb os vizinhos de cima que não dão 1 dia de sossego dá para ouvir tudo que eles fazem , se te ver crianças aí mesmo que vc não dorme embaixo !!
