Não um condomínio de luxo mais atende bem ao que mora aqui.
Tem salão de festa tem uma espaço para crianças brinca .
Porém esse espaço para crianças brinca e que devia melhora pois e muito pequeno e limitado a pouco coisa .
Tem uma quadra boa .
As estruturas dos bloco sao muito boa e bem conservadas.

Mais são ruins para atenderem solicitacoes, moro aqui a 3 meses, não tive sorte, tenho um pai idoso e deficiente e tenho dor de cabeça toda vez que preciso sair e entrar de Uber com ele das dependências do lugar, pois o local não tem interfone funcional nem dentro do apartamento e nem na entrada do condomínio, ADM faz descaso com as solicitacoes, mais dão enorme atenção a coisas desnecessárias, um ponto a se melhorar. Pois o local no geral é bom.
