The access is a bit bad after it rains but a great place and the neighborhood is super quiet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio excelente! Apartamentos com bom tamanho e possuem varanda. Área externa tem piscina, parquinho, churrasqueira, salão de festas e até uma sala de dança. O salão de festas é pequeno mas dá para colocar as mesas embaixo prédio sem problemas. Portaria com segurança e o condomínio tem tudo perto: padaria, pet shop, restaurantes, cabeleireiro, bares, temaki, comida regional, etc...
Excellent condo! Good sized apartments with a balcony. Outdoor area has swimming pool, playground, barbecue, party room and even a dance room. The ballroom is small but you can place the tables underneath the building without any problems. Concierge with security and the condo has everything nearby: bakery, pet shop, restaurants, hairdresser, bars, temaki, regional food, etc ...
