Se vc for hj lá, vai está imunda com risco de dengue.
O valor do Condomínio não baixa, mesmo a pisicna estando fechada sem Manutencao.
Condomínio a mais de 3 anos sem reunião.

Good condominium, but the swimming pool is just an ornament, as it doesn't open, it's only open in December and January, the landlord Edmilson claiming that no one goes there.
If you go there today, you will be filthy with risk of dengue.
The value of the Condominium does not go down, even though the pool is closed without maintenance.
Condominium for over 3 years without meeting.
Manager does what he wants!
