★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiro condomínio construído na área Da forquilha.Os apartamento são grandes ,alguns blocos precisam de pintura mas a sua estrutura não tem rachaduras , bom lugar para quem trabalha na COHAB ou nos bairros mais próximos como Angelim,Turu.Fica próximo a feira,lojas de roupas e o centro comercial que se tornou o bairro da cohab .Ponto de ônibus próximo mas um pouco arriscado pra quem depende de transporte público.Nao tem problemas com falta d'água .
First condominium built in the area of Da Fork.The apartments are large, some blocks need painting but their structure has no cracks, good place for those who work in COHAB or in the nearest neighborhoods like Angelim, Turu. clothes and the shopping center that became the neighborhood of cohab. Bus stop nearby but a little risky for those who depend on public transport. No problems with lack of water.
