★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece um bom lugar para se morar. A maior dificuldade é o transporte pela localização do condomínio e pela disponibilidade do transporte. Organizado. Boas casa inclusive sendo ampliadas. Ambiente familiar. Parques a disposição com elementos para ginástica ao ar livre. Recomendo visita.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio com duas praças grandes dentro dele, área comum enorme, algo extremamente difícil de encontrar, gerando qualidade de vida, ruas asfaltadas, outro privilégio para as crianças brincarem, com infra estrutura diferenciada. Organizado. A única desvantagem é a localização, que o tempo resolverá a questão, pois já vão inaugurar mais um condomínio ao lado dele da empresa Lmarquezzo.
