Wonderful condominium, the pool is very pleasant, and the environment is extremely safe and guarded, it also includes a games area, gyms, beach soccer arena and many other services, it is an excellent place to live, and the high price is more than fair, compared to everything this condo has to offer, I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre vou ao condomínio como visitante e me sinto muito bem. O espaço comum do prédio é super agradável, tem muito verde e a ventilação é maravilhosa. Serviço de segurança e portaria excelentes.
I always go to the condominium as a visitor and I feel very good. The common space of the building is super nice, has lots of green and the ventilation is wonderful. Excellent security and concierge service.

Todos os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos, educados e corteses.
The whirlpool/sauna area appears not to have worked since the condominium's launch, according to other tenants.
All staff are extremely friendly, polite and courteous.
