★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seria um ótimo lugar se não fosse por portões quebrados, interfone quebrado a quase um ano, jardins bonitos? Só no meio...em volta está um verdadeiro lixão!!! Sempre amei morar aqui....mas me decepciono com isso!!! Pronto falei!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar em si é excelente. Porém, infelizmente muitos que habitam este lugar não sabem conviver com outras pessoas, são pessoas que não possuem empatia pelo próximo.
Para se morar em apartamento é preciso se colocar no lugar do outro sempre, afinal, por mais que você pense “estou no meu espaço e faço o que quiser a hora que quiser” é preciso lembrar na mesma hora que abaixo de você vive uma família que você não sabe se possui crianças pequenas, se trabalham muito, se possui alguém doente etc.
E não adianta você acionar a portaria, pelo menos a empresa que presta serviços hoje é péssima.
Síndico tem mas não tem. É aquela coisa só para ocupar a vaga.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um condomínio qualquer sem muita coisa diferente. Tem umas quadras esportivas q estão boas depois da reforma mas possui regras ridículas como proibida a circulação de bicicletas. Algumas fotos associadas são do projeto da Helbor em frente. Morei la por 10 anos.
