★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem condições esse condomínio, sem atrativos, adm peca em tudo qto ao local. Moradores que se acham, pensam estar morando em um alto padrão, pois a maioria parece ter o rei na barriga, só pq colocou uma sanca no apto ou tem um qto e sala planejado. Porém a segurança é a melhorzinha.
