★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio é ótimo! O espaço do condomínio é bem estruturado, tem área lazer e os prédios são bem feitos
Porém a localização que o Google mapa fornece é muito, pois no Google mapas fala que o condomínio é numa tal rua só que quando a gente chegar lá descobre que o condomínio não fica naquela rua e sim em outro do lado, então o Maps tem que se organizar para fornecer o endereço do condomínio corretamente!!!!
 Condo is great! The condominium space is well structured, has a leisure area and the buildings are well made
However, the location that Google map provides is a lot, because on Google maps it says that the condominium is on such a street, but when we get there we discover that the condominium is not on that street, but on another side, so Maps have to get organized to provide the condominium address correctly !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho que a área de lazer poderia ser melhor está muito repetitiva, tem 3 negócios de malhar acho que no lugar do maior poderia ter feito uma quadra até pq a visão não é muito boa tamparia à vista das costas de umas casas que estão no tijolo.
E para finalizar fazia uma varanda!
O lugar que salva!!!
I think the leisure area could be better, it is very repetitive, there are 3 workouts I think that in the place of the biggest one I could have done a block until the view is not very good cover the view of the backs of some houses that are in the brick.
And to finish it was a balcony!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente condomínio fechado, seguro, limpo e organizado. Em ponto bem central do Recreio, com bastante comércio e transporte perto. Agora que a Prefeitura finalizou o processo de nome da rua, está mais fácil localizar nos mapas online. Recomendo muito, para morar ou investir!
Excellent gated community, safe, clean and organized. In a very central point of Recreio, with plenty of shops and transport close by. Now that City Hall has finalized the street name process, it's easier to locate on online maps. I highly recommend it for living or investing!
