The location is very good, great beach for children. But if you need wi-fi for work I don't recommend it. The signal is bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio bem legal e de frente à praia. Piscinas e acessórios bem legais. Possui uma conveniência no subsolo e um restaurante na frente da praia. Tem várias churrasqueiras em 2 ambientes, brinquedoteca e playground.
Ambiente muito familiar.
Tem flats e casas em 2 sistemas: aluguel por tempo determinado e compartilhado (paga mensalidade e tem direito a reservas ao longo do ano).
Única observação é que precisa de algumas reformas.
Very nice condominium and beachfront. Cool pools and accessories. It features an underground convenience and a beachfront restaurant. It has several barbecues in 2 environments, playroom and playground.
Very familiar atmosphere.
It has flats and houses in 2 systems: rent for a fixed period and shared (pays monthly and has the right to reserve throughout the year).
Only note is that it needs some renovations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima estrutura, organização e preços acessíveis. Piscina aquecida e ao lado, sauna com fachada de vidro, isso de frente para praia. Um mini mercado nas dependências, onde aquilo que não tiver poder ser encomendado, tem tb 2 mercadinho na mesma rua, a 200 metros do condomínio. Ainda a comodidade de sair pelo portão lateral e já pisar na praia. Top.
Great structure, organization and affordable prices. Heated pool and adjoining, glass-fronted sauna, facing the beach. A mini market on the premises, where what you don't have can be ordered, there are also 2 grocery stores on the same street, 200 meters from the condominium. Also the convenience of exiting through the side gate and stepping onto the beach. Top.
