Para serem observados e fotografados ou filmados. Jardinagens e área de lazer para acesso ao braço do Rio Tietê com água cristalina . Para lazer de pesca. Quando a pesca já está liberada pelas autoridades no assunto. Esta equipado para desembarcar barcos , lanchas de pequeno porte e calado. Bancos para descanso e mirar o horizonte do Rio Tietê. De uma beleza sem igual para o Rio Tietê. Obedecendo neste momento de pandemia do covid 19 o decreto da Prefeitura Municipal de Novo Horizonte-SP. Para o distanciamento social . Não permite aglomerações no condomínio.
