★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fica proximo a Universidade Federal Rural do Semiárido - UFERSA e por isso acomoda bastante alunos da universidade. Frequento o condomínio embora n more lá, mas conheço o ambiente muito bem e é muito harmonioso, as pessoas se reúnem para aproveitar a área de lazer (equipada com piscina, banheiros e cozinha).
It is close to the Federal Rural University of the Semi-Arid - UFERSA and therefore accommodates a lot of university students. I go to the condo although I don't live there, but I know the environment very well and it's very harmonious, people get together to enjoy the leisure area (equipped with a swimming pool, bathrooms and kitchen).
