Ponto negativo, A portaria não está preparada para receber visitantes, pós não tem um bom atendimento parece que você e obrigado a falar toda sua vida pra entra... Gente não precisa disse mas sim de um treinamento com todos, para orienta e mostra como a borda um visitante ou até mesmo os moradores. Falta uma administração ativa .
