★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Administraçao atual deixa a desejar, atende pelo zap, porem o conselho fiscal presta um serviço de apoio, então , as funções acabam tendo divergencia, e o sindico 2021, deixa a desejar por estes motivos, interferencia do conselho fiscal, e isso atrapalha o andamento de todo o processo da administraçao do condominio, Sendo que por sua vez o conselho fiscal do condominio tem que verificar o serviço do sindico profissional ou não , (rotatividade de pessoas se mudando) isso desvaloriza qq empreendimento . Já dei esta dica para a ADM BRCONDos passar para frente. Então o resta os proprietarios a desvalorizaçao do local, por pessima adm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu moro aqui né kkkk Bom só tenho a reclamar dos próprio moradores insuportáveis mesmo, o ambiente da quadra tá tido velho já. Condomínio já teve seus dias de glória e hoje em dia só vale a pena pela piscina, que fica cheia de cloro já que eles só tiram segunda-feira pra fazer a manutenção que tem que durar a semana toda.
I live here, right lol Well, I only have to complain about the unbearable residents themselves, the atmosphere of the court is already old. Condo had its glory days and nowadays it's only worth it for the pool, which is full of chlorine since they only take it out on Monday to do the maintenance that has to last all week.
