★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O edifício possui boa estrutura de elevadores, halls e portaria. Porém, por ser um edifício antigo, a área de estacionamento é muuuuito incoveniente e a rampa de acessibilidade para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção é impossível de ter o seu real uso com tamanha inclinação.
The building has a good structure of elevators, halls and concierge. However, as it is an old building, the parking area is very inconvenient and the access ramp for people with limited mobility is impossible to have its real use with such a slope.
