O condomínio fica entrando em Marechal, uns 4 km após o condomínio Lagos do Francês, do lado esquerdo, ao lado de um Posto BR. Ainda há muitas casas em construção , as casas são mais ou menos do mesmo nível.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma excelente morada. Estive lá numa confraternização dos amigos de trabalho e foi muito bom. A distribuição dos locais de apoio para os residentes muito bem situados e bem arejado. Ainda pouco verde, mas já iniciado o processo de cuidado e atenção a naturez.
