★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel had a conference during our stay so it was very uncomfortable. The food was only so-so and can only de described as poor in the so-called theme restaurants. The staff was in general not very attentive, but the rooms were clean. Unfortunately we now are being bombarded by Iberostar with emails asking for evaluation, promotions etc that is really baf
