Uma curiosidade: possui um mini mercado, com mercadorias básicas, mas úteis, e com um detalhe: prevalece a honestidade de quem compra a mercadoria no espaço, já que não possui caixa/funcionários. O pagamento é feito via aplicativo e a retirada é feita pelo próprio morador. Gostei!
