★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio primavera é um condomínio muito bem localizado, próximo a uma feira urbana, também fica próximo de academias, farmácias, vilas esportivas e ao centro da cidade. Possui área de lazer com piscina e parquinho, possui também um salão de festas. Seu defeito ao meu ver é sua estrutura, já que as paredes são de gesso, portanto falta um pouco de isolamento acústico, além disso tem a cozinha pequena.
Spring Condominium is a very well located condominium, close to an urban fair, also close to gyms, pharmacies, sports villages and the city center. It has a leisure area with swimming pool and playground, also has a party room. Its defect in my view is its structure, since the walls are plastered, so there is a lack of sound insulation, in addition to the small kitchen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer maquiagem com uma moça que mora nesse condomínio, achei o ambiente bem seguro, tem portaria que entra em contato por interfone. Tem piscina, elevador e a casa que visitei é bem bonita. Mas não tenho muita coisa mais para falar, pois passei só um momento lá.
I went to do makeup with a girl who lives in this condominium, I found the environment very safe, there is a concierge that comes in contact through the intercom. It has a swimming pool, elevator and the house I visited is very beautiful. But I don't have much more to say, as I only spent a moment there.
