Tem boas ruas, mas ficam estreitas devido a carros estacionados. Sinalização péssima. Ruas sujas e com asfalto ruim.
Unorganized.
There are good streets, but they are narrow due to parked cars. Lousy signage. Dirty streets with bad asphalt.
