★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu amo morar no condomínio recanto dos ipês Taubaté SP .
Problemas tem em todos os lugares , e alguns trazem mais problemas .
São unidades construídas em um único padrão, porém não cabe ao morador mudar , a fachada por conta própria.
E regras tem em todos os lugares , o problema na sua maioria não são as regras , e sim as pessoas se adaptarem às mesma , na vida em si tem regras .
Tem playground para crianças de até 10 anos .
Salão de festa que é cobrado uma taxa simbólica de locação, que é usado para manutenção do mesmo e melhorias , tipo compra de freezer , jogos de mesas com cadeiras , ventilador etc .
Piscina " que realmente precisa ser trocada "
Mas são projetos futuros .
Campo de futebol que será modificado para campo de areia , onde poderá praticar voley de areia , fut voley e beach soccer.
Uma área verde maravilhosa , que é comum ter seus moradores tipo aranhas , cobras e outros bichos , pois o condomínio está localizado em uma área Rural está em expansão.
E um local bem tranquilo que visitas frequentes das aves da fauna , " maritacas , tucanos , gaviões e macacos .
É um lugar único e maravilhoso .

Problems are everywhere, and some bring more problems.

It has a playground for children up to 10 years old.

Muita área verde, espaço de lazer muito bom com melhorias futuras de espaço pet, espaço mulher, salão de jogos equipados, brinquedoteca com mais brinquedos, vestiário perto da piscina, campo de areia, mais playground, quiosque e piscina maior. Devido a pandemia algumas coisas limitadas, mas é somente uma fase. Recpmendo a todos que procuram paz , conforto e segurança.

Lots of green area, very good leisure space with future improvements of pet space, woman space, equipped games room, playroom with more toys, dressing room near the pool, sand field, more playground, kiosk and bigger pool. Due to the pandemic some things are limited, but it is only a phase. Recpmendo to all who seek peace, comfort and security.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O condomínio é organizado, com regras claras votadas pela maioria para a boa convivência de todos. Esta super bem localizado, em um bairro em expansão, mas com um ‘tom’ rural, que traz paz a quem vier morar aqui. Tem muita natureza, fácil acesso a serra, ao centro e a independencia. O fato de serem casas já traz uma grande vantagem em relaçao a apartamento: privacidade. É muito bem cuidado pela zelador, com uma horta comunitária. Assim como outros condominios, há problemas de discordância entre pessoas ou regras, mas é algo normal e esperável.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou morador a quase 4 anos e não tenho nada a reclamar do lugar onde moro , pois é um lugar seguro bem localizado e aconchegante com área de lazer, uma excelente horta comunitária, piscina , salão de festas, playground, Campo de futebol que está para ser revitalizado, ideias novas com os novos administradores, uma vista maravilhosa com a imagem de Jesus e uma igreja , espaço para as crianças brincarem . Com relação às regras como em qualquer lugar seja no trabalho, escola, etc... como em um condomínio não seria diferente , ( Regras) foram feitas para ter ordem e para serem cumpridas. Recanto Dos Ipês lugar ótimo para se morar . Recomendo para quem quer um lugar tranquilo e seguro é morar aqui.
I have been a resident for almost 4 years and I have nothing to complain about where I live, as it is a safe, well located and cozy place with a leisure area, an excellent community garden, swimming pool, party room, playground, soccer field that to be revitalized, new ideas with the new administrators, a wonderful view with the image of Jesus and a church, space for children to play. With regard to the rules, as anywhere, whether at work, school, etc ... as in a condominium it would not be different, (Rules) were made to have order and to be fulfilled. Recanto Dos Ipês great place to live. I recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet and safe place to live here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O condomínio é excelente, lugar super tranquilo para morar. A casa é um tamanho excelente para uma família pequena. Tudo é definido por democracia e é muito bom, pois como qualquer condomínio possui regras. Dispõe de piscina, excelente salão de festas e uma grande área verde super bem cuidada, inclusive com uma horta orgânica que sempre dispõe de verduras e hortaliças frescas o ano todo. Possui segurança 24 horas com portaria e atualmente zelador excelente.
The condo is excellent, super quiet place to live. The house is an excellent size for a small family. Everything is defined by democracy and it is very good, because like any condominium has rules. It has a swimming pool, an excellent ballroom and a large green area which is very well maintained, including an organic garden that always has fresh vegetables all year round. It has 24 hour security with concierge and currently excellent caretaker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar de muita paz, tranquilidade, sossego e contato com a natureza. Acordo com o canto dos pássaros e posso prestigia-los pela janela todos os dias. Area de lazer muito agradavel e espaçosa para as crianças se divertirem, afinal tenho filhos e prezo pela qualidade de vida deles. Como todo lugar, sempre tem algo a melhorar, e o melhor é que os moradores decidem em assembleia como fazer essas melhorias. O salao de festas é otimo e bem equipado (completo), tem espaço interno e externo e ate churrasqueira, uma pena nao poder ser utilizado ainda devido a pandemia, mas compreendo que é para a segurança de todos. A piscina é super agradavel, um pouco pequena para a quantidade de moradores, mas com certeza será trocada quando diminuir a inadimplencia. Morar na cidade com a sensaçao de viver no campo, é simplesmente muuuuito bom! Até horta temos! As crianças se sentem livres, mesmo em um condominio fechado. As vezes estrapolam no barulho, mas... Quem teve uma boa infancia consegue compreender.

The pool is super nice, a little small for the amount of residents, but it will certainly be changed when the default decreases. Living in the city with the feeling of living in the countryside is just soooo good! We even have a vegetable garden! Children feel free, even in a closed condominium. Sometimes they crash in the noise, but ... Those who had a good childhood can understand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sonhava com este lugar já na planta, porém só tive oportunidade de morar aqui em 2020. Desde sempre sabia da distância e que é área rural e acho que isso me seduziu mais ainda. Ter um lar de paz pra voltar após um dia de trabalho corrido. Amo esse lugar pelo barulho dos pássaros, pelo espaço verde, pela comodidade de parecer uma "vila" e poder relembrar a infância boa de criança poder brincar na rua sem perigos das ruas atualmente, por ter acesso fácil e colaboração da maioria dos vizinhos. Em todo lugar existirá pessoas com coração mais endurecido que quer atrapalhar a alegria do próximo, porém vejo neste lugar o meu lar em comunidade, então tudo de bom feito aqui, será bom pra todos. Peguei um início de nova gestão e até o momento todos os projetos que apresentaram me agradaram pq é pra melhoria e comodidade de todos. Pra quem tem filhos o lugar é ótimo. Pra quem não tem filhos tbem. Mas pra quem não sabe viver em comunidade e respeitar regras ou flexibilizar alguma situação pelo bem de todos, aqui e em nenhum outro lugar vai estar bom. No geral eu amo este lugar e meus filhos e pets tbem...local bem cuidado, limpo, feitos as melhorias e manutenção sempre que possível pq depende do condominio pago em dia pra tudo isso, portaria 24h e bem segura, ninguém entra se não for autorizado de verdade, jardinagem e paisagismo e horta cuidado com muito amor pelo Dodô e muito mais. Louvado seja o Senhor por esta benção com minha família?
I dreamed of this place already in the plant, but I only had the opportunity to live here in 2020. I always knew about the distance and that it is a rural area and I think that seduced me even more. Have a peaceful home to return to after a busy day at work. I love this place for the noise of birds, for the green space, for the convenience of looking like a "village" and to be able to remember the good childhood of a child being able to play in the street without danger from the streets today, for having easy access and collaboration from most of the neighbors. Everywhere there will be people with a more hardened heart who want to disturb the happiness of others, but I see this place as my home in community, so everything good done here will be good for everyone. I got a start of a new management and so far all the projects they presented pleased me because it is for everyone's improvement and convenience. For those with children the place is great. For those who don't have children too. But for those who don't know how to live in community and respect rules or make some situation more flexible for the good of everyone, here and nowhere else will be good. In general I love this place and my children and pets alike ... well maintained, clean place, made improvements and maintenance whenever possible because it depends on the condominium paid on time for all this, 24 hour concierge and very safe, no one enters if not it is really authorized, gardening and landscaping and a vegetable garden with great love for Dodô and much more. Praise the Lord for this blessing with my family?

Salão de festas e lazer são bem atrativos. E o sobrado tem tamanho e divisão bem equilibrada. Agradável no geral
