★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poucas casas. Apesar de ser pequeno o local é muito aconchegante por estar muito próximo de matas da serra com vista para Pedra Grande.
Acesso fácil pela Av. Santana. Perto do campo de pouso de paraglaider. Exige uma feira noturna às sextas feiras, vale muito apena conhecer. É uma feira livre só que à noite. Perfeito pra ir com a família comer aquele lanche de pernil e tomar uma bebida, Fazer aquela compra de vegetais e legumes frescos sem ter que andar durante o dia no sol. Também bem próximo tem uma padaria que serve almoço com preço muito acessível. Que possam conservar assim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nesse condominio ai qualquer um entra, é só chegar e falar que vai na casa de um morador e já abrem o portão, fiz isso outro dia e já vi varias pessoas fazendo, parece um condominio aberto, os coitados dos moradores pagam pensando estarem protegidos e tranquilos, mas entra qualquer um, eu não moraria num lugar desses, condominio ainda é caro heim, ce loko.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar péssimo, casas muito feias com mato alto e sujeira na frente das casas, folhas expalhadas por todo lugar ,condominio sujo e desorganizado, fora que falaram que se paga sem tem serviços, só abertura do portão. Não recomendado.
