★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de se indicar como alto padrao condominio carece de muitas coisas, acessibilidade não existe para idosos e mães com crianças de colo por exemplo. Mas o pior de todos é que entregas de Ifood ou Rappi tem que ser retirada na portaria central, ou seja, um baita transtorno.
Despite indicating how high standard the condominium lacks many things, accessibility does not exist for the elderly and mothers with infants, for example. But the worst thing of all is that Ifood or Rappi deliveries have to be removed at the central entrance, in other words, a huge inconvenience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro na rua atrás do condomínio Casa Grande. Infelizmente há um descaso muito grande com os vizinhos. Postei uma foto de como a calçada fica suja após a coleta do lixo. Hoje domingo, único dia que tenho para passear com a minha bebê, tenho que sair da calçada e ir para a rua para poder desviar do lixo que fica. Muito descaso isso.
I live on the street behind the Casa Grande condominium. Unfortunately, the neighbors are very neglected. I posted a photo of how the sidewalk gets dirty after garbage collection. Today, Sunday, the only day I have to walk my baby, I have to leave the sidewalk and go to the street to be able to avoid the garbage that remains. Much neglect this.
