★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ó condomínio é bom ap novo mas falta uns acabamentos Taís como algumas janelas que o proprietário é quem instala mais tem suas vantagens muito próximo do shopping e muito seguro tem garagem mas o carro fica ao ar livre não tem coberta para os carros
 The condominium is good ap new but lacks some finishes such as some windows that the owner installs but has its advantages very close to the mall and very secure has a garage but the car is outdoors there is no cover for cars
