★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É bom, mas não tem quase nada para as crianças e o condomínio é muito caro para o que oferece. Tem um parquinho para as crianças... Porém, não tem salão de festa, e não tem os outros espaços q os prédios na região oferece com o valor do condomínio mais barato que aqui.
It's nice but it has almost nothing for kids and the condo is overpriced for what it offers. There is a playground for children ... However, there is no party hall, and there are other spaces that the buildings in the region offers with the value of the condo cheaper than here.
