★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A síndica do prédio é muito ditatorial em sua política, realizou diversas proibições no condomínio. O aquecimento da piscina não é realizado, muitos condôminos desejam utiliza-la mas não podem devido a água extremamente gelada. O parquinho está fechado devido uma reforma (e adivinhe o por quê: pois a filha da síndica está grávida). A verdade é que sua política é de pura cordialidade, não se tem uma boa administração do condomínio. Recomendo fortemente que não visitem esses apartamentos.
