★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi bom, já moro aqui faz uns anos. Tem uma vizinha barulhenta do BL 33 AP24 que basicamente fica gritando, falando alto em altas horas da noite, jogando latas de cerveja pela janela poluindo o gramado e trazendo os amigos drogados e bêbados dela já faz quase 2 anos e apenas notificam. Se você reclama com o ronda, eles gritam de manhã cedo 'ACORDAAAAAAAA BOM DIA' e acordam até pessoas que nem sequer reclamaram.
Como ela e os amigos são 'filhinhos de papai' e não trabalham nem pagam contas (portanto podem acordar e dormir quando bem entendem também), multar não resolve nada, pois simplesmente continuam "pagando" e fazendo a mesma arruaça.
Má administração, não fazem nada a respeito sobre a má conduta repetida durante anos.
Ah, eu sei que não sou o único que reclamo pois várias vezes quando liguei pro Ronda resolver ele falou que já haviam (plural) ligado a respeito do mesmo problema. Simplesmente não resolvem.
It was good, I've lived here for a few years. There's a noisy neighbor from BL 33 AP24 who's basically screaming, talking loud in the middle of the night, throwing beer cans out the window polluting the lawn and bringing her drugged and drunk friends for almost 2 years and they just notify. If you complain to the patrol, they yell early in the morning 'WAKE UPAAAAAA GOOD MORNING' and wake up even people who haven't even complained.
As she and her friends are 'daddy's children' and don't work or pay bills (so they can wake up and sleep when they want too), fines don't solve anything, they just keep "paying" and making the same mess.
Mismanagement, they do nothing about misconduct repeated for years.
Oh, I know I'm not the only one who complains because several times when I called Ronda to solve it, he said that they had already (plural) called about the same problem. They just don't do it.
