★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro aqui atualmente, a estrutura do prédio, assim como limpeza e organização são excelentes. O Único problema é o barulho vindo da avenida que é muito movimentada e das crianças que correm e pulam dentro dos apartamentos, as vezes, até altas horas da noite. Também nos finais de semana as crianças correm pela garagem, causando barulho demais e ainda o risco de incidentes.
I live here today, the structure of the building, as well as cleanliness and organization are excellent. The only problem is the noise coming from the avenue that is very busy and the children who run and jump inside the apartments, sometimes until late at night. Also on weekends children run through the garage, causing too much noise and still the risk of incidents.
