Bairro muito bem situado e oferece boas opções de transporte, além de estar cercado pela natureza e ainda há uma distância confortável do centro ou das principais universidades (média de 9km). Quanto aos prédios, espaçosos, confortáveis, porém sem elevador. Super recomendo o bairro, o condomínio e redondezas.

Neighborhood very well situated and offers good transport options, in addition to being surrounded by nature and there is still a comfortable distance from the center or the main universities (average 9km).
