Excellent condo. Comfortable apartments. Very good leisure structure with pool and space for barbecue. Staff very polite, friendly and prepared for each role they perform. Flat in the heart of Ponta Verde close to everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adorei a localização do prédio. A estrutura é boa , tendo 2 elevadores, e portaria 24h. Os funcionários atenciosos e educados. O condomínio conta uma piscina e churrasqueira que dá para crianças e adultos, não é muito grande, mas pelo menos no período que fiquei não houve fluxo grande de pessoas utilizando.
I loved the location of the building. The structure is good, with 2 elevators, and 24 hour doorman. The attentive and polite staff. The condominium has a swimming pool and barbecue area for children and adults, it is not very big, but at least during the period that I stayed there was no large flow of people using it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu amo morar nesse condomínio. A localização é perfeita e os porteiros, zelador e pessoal de apoio são super gentis. Sentirei muita saudade quando precisar me mudar de lá. Infelizmente não há apartamentos com mais de 2 quartos.
I love living in this condo. The location is perfect and the doormen, janitor and support staff are super kind. I will miss you very much when I need to move from there. Unfortunately there are no apartments with more than 2 bedrooms.
