Tem piscina (bem pequena) salão de festas, quadra de futebol e os apartamentos contam com duas vagas na garagem. Ponto alto para o clima, extremamente agradável e com um ar extremamente limpo. A localização não permite fazer as coisas a pé e é necessário ter um veiculo para locomoção.
