Simples, de construção antiga, mas na melhor localização da cidade e com um corpo de colaboradores super prestativo.

Na pracinha, sentados nos banquinhos, moradores recarregam as energias com os primeiros raios de sol, fazem exercício na pista de caminhada ou simplesmente prosopopeiam sobre a vida cotidiana.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Localização massa, os porteiros e equipe muito gente boa! Oque estraga o condomínio é o descaso da administração. O teto é antigo e sucateado e por esse motivo a equipe de internet não pode subir para fazer a instalação (caso tenha chovido nas últimas 24h) sendo que o clima de natal é doido e sempre chove um pouco, o condomínio não mostra interesse NENHUM em mudar isso e se quer tem nenhum canal de reclamação direto e nenhum grupo!
Massive location, porters and staff very nice people! What ruins the condominium is the negligence of the administration. The ceiling is old and scrapped and for this reason the internet team cannot go up to do the installation (if it has rained in the last 24 hours) and the Christmas weather is crazy and it always rains a little, the condominium shows NO interest in change that and if you want to have no direct complaint channel and no groups!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Residencial bem agradável, com ótimos vizinhos. Corpo de funcionários são muito educados e prestativos. Apartamento de ótimo tamanho, mas mal dimensionado e quando chove muito alguns apartamentos tem infiltrações.
Very nice residential, with great neighbors. Staff are very polite and helpful. Great size apartment, but poorly dimensioned and when it rains a lot some apartments have infiltrations.
