★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os condôminos são multados com valores exorbitantes caso deixem seus gatos soltos, os gatos tem que viver em coleiras ou presos dentro das casas .sendo que gatos de rua andam livremente pelo condominio. ainda existe o fato de que as regras ditadas pela empresa responsável pelo condomínio .só são apresentadas depois que a pessoa alugou a casa. jamais alugaria uma casa neste lugar.
The tenants are fined exorbitant amounts if they let their cats loose, the cats have to live on leashes or trapped inside the houses. Although street cats roam the condominium freely. there is still the fact that the rules dictated by the company responsible for the condominium. are only presented after the person has rented the house. I would never rent a house in this place.
