Há entrada separada para moradores e visitantes e a portaria funciona 24 horas por dia, aumentando a segurança dos moradores. A infraestrutura comum é básica, com parques infantis, quadras de basquete, futebol e vôlei. É muito arborizado.
Quiet condo, despite being old. The residents are very sociable. There is a separate entrance for residents and visitors and the concierge is open 24 hours a day, increasing residents' security. The common infrastructure is basic, with playgrounds, basketball, football and volleyball courts. It is very wooded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condominio amplo, arejado e bastante arborizado. Area de esportes e lazer. Boa localizacao no Imbui, proximo a mercado, feira, faculdade e bares, entre outros. Conheci como visitante, mas parece um lugar agradavel para morar.
Large, airy and wooded condominium. Sports and leisure area. Good location in Imbui, close to the market, fair, college and bars, among others. Met as a visitor, but it seems like a nice place to live.
