★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alugamos um apartamento com três quartos, sendo um no andar térreo e dois no andar superior, um banheiro em cada piso, todo mobiliado, com camas, mesas, cadeiras, utensílios como pratos, talheres, panelas... Tudo por R$ 600,00 o final de semana. O local é muito tranquilo, com regras como: 01 só carro, silêncio completo a partir das 22:00 e a permanência de até 08 pessoas.
We rented an apartment with three bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the upper floor, a bathroom on each floor, fully furnished, with beds, tables, chairs, utensils such as plates, cutlery, pots ... All for R $ 600, 00 the weekend. The place is very quiet, with rules such as: 01 only car, complete silence from 22:00 and the stay of up to 08 people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proxima ao centro de Guaramiranga, da pra ir a pé, os funcionários são super educados, o apartamento que ficamos foi o 10, bem limpo, com tudo bem equipado (TV, fogão, panelas, utensílios de cozinha, ventilador, micro-ondas, geladeira, Wi-Fi, ducha quente). Tivemos uma excelente estadia. Com certeza retornaremos.
Close to the center of Guaramiranga, you can go on foot, the staff are very polite, the apartment we stayed in was 10, very clean, with everything well equipped (TV, stove, pots, kitchen utensils, fan, microwave, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, hot shower). We had an excellent stay. We will definitely return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui nesta terça-feira, dia 04/01/22 com a minha família para este condomínio. Optamos por ir durante a semana devido ao movimento, que, segundo a senhora que fez a locação era intenso aos finais de semana. Pois bem, vejam só a real realidade do lugar, tudo sujo e mal cuidado. Ficamos em um apartamento muito bom, porém, parecia que não ia alguém ali a séculos, quartos sujos, vidro do quarto quebrado, banheiro um nojo, não tinha nem saquinho para lixo, tivemos que utilizar alguns que levamos. Ou seja, fomos para passear e terminamos faxinando o apartamento. Minha filha pensou que ia tomar banho de piscina e imagine só a cara dela de frustação quando olhou e viu uma piscina verde e cheia de sujeira?! Ainda tivemos que ouvir de algumas das pessoas que estavam hospedadas lá que o condomínio, em especial a piscina, só eram limpos aos finais de semana. Salão de jogos: tem... Porém, todos os brinquedos sujos e quebrados. Tem uma subida, como se fosse uma gruta para uma imagem do Cristo, muito bonita!...Mas não pudemos nos aproximar devido ao grande número de abelhas que estavam querendo nos atacar. Quadra nunca viu uma tinta após a construção e a área da churrasqueira que todos falam, realmente estava lá, mas tão suja que não tivemos coragem nem de sentar, imagina de por carne lá. Tem portão automático, com controle, mas como chegamos, queriam nos cobrar 45 reais por um controle do portão de um apartamento que alugamos para passar 2 dias. Agora realmente é super próximo ao centro, 7 min. de caminhada em uma estrada que só tem mato kkkk Quem se arrisca nos dias de hoje? Uma bela de uma propaganda enganosa!
I went this Tuesday, 01/04/22 with my family to this condominium. We chose to go during the week due to the movement, which, according to the lady who made the rental, was intense on weekends. Well, just look at the real reality of the place, everything dirty and poorly maintained. We stayed in a very nice apartment, however, it looked like no one had been there for ages, dirty rooms, broken glass in the room, disgusting bathroom, there wasn't even a garbage bag, we had to use some that we took. That is, we went for a walk and ended up cleaning the apartment. My daughter thought she was going to take a bath in the pool and just imagine her frustrated face when she looked and saw a green pool full of dirt?! We still had to hear from some of the people who were staying there that the condo, especially the pool, was only cleaned on weekends. Playroom: It has... However, all the toys are dirty and broken. It has an ascent, as if it were a grotto for an image of Christ, very beautiful!... But we couldn't get close due to the large number of bees that were trying to attack us. Quadra never saw paint after construction and the barbecue area that everyone talks about was really there, but so dirty that we didn't even have the courage to sit down, let alone put meat there. It has an automatic gate, with control, but as we arrived, they wanted to charge us 45 reais for a gate control of an apartment we rented for 2 days. Now it really is super close to the center, 7 min. of walking on a road that only has weeds kkkk Who takes the risk these days? A beautiful piece of false advertising!
