★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De todos os condôminos minha casa minha vida da região, é o mais organizado. Tem Portaria 24h, limpeza da área comum, os cômodos são amplos se comparados por exemplo com a Tenda! Lugar calmo! A única coisa péssima é a condução. Ônibus quase não tem e vans andam no passo do boi sem compromisso com horário. Distante da estação de trem de Santa Cruz. O condomínio é o único murado! A tendência é melhorar!!!
