- estacionamento para visitantes
- não tem piscina
- alguns blocos têm as paredes muito riscadas (na parte interna dos blocos)
- não tem extintores pq roubaram todos
- todos os andares possuem mangueira de emergência
- próximo a hospitais, clínicas e supermercados
- parada de ônibus na porta
Tinha tudo pra ser um local nota 10, mas infelizmente alguns moradores não preservam o local

- security cameras
- leisure area (court, barbecue and playground)
- parking for visitors
- no swimming pool
- some blocks have very scratched walls (inside the blocks)
- there are no fire extinguishers because they stole all
- all floors have emergency hose
- close to hospitals, clinics and supermarkets
- bus stop at the door
It had everything to be a top 10 place, but unfortunately some residents do not preserve the place
