★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio bonito, organizado, limpo e agradável. Foi o melhor investimento que fiz, em 2 anos já valorizou mais de 80 mil reais. Lugar sossegado, próximo ao comércio, inclusive à dois mercados e acesso fácil à estação de trem e à alguns Shoppings. O Condomínio é popular, o ruim é ter vizinhos chatos em serem metidos e chatos de quererem causar por qualquer coisa (pois moravam em casas), tirando isso, é muito bom.
 Beautiful, organized, clean and pleasant condominium. It was the best investment I made, in 2 years it has valued more than 80 thousand reais. Quiet place, close to shops, including two markets and easy access to the train station and some shopping malls. The Condominium is popular, the bad thing is having boring neighbors to be involved and boring to want to cause for anything (because they lived in houses), other than that, it is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não possui vaga de carga e descarga, foi horrível fazer a mudança, tivemos que estacionar o caminhão ao lado de fora do condomínio e carregar os móveis até a rua, além do porteiro manter o portão fechado,tendo que aguardar ele abrir toda vez segurando peso.
There is no loading and unloading space, it was horrible to make the change, we had to park the truck outside the condominium and carry the furniture to the street, in addition to the doorman keeping the gate closed, having to wait for it to open every time holding weight .

O único ponto negativo é um pouco da falta de privacidade.
A localização é fantástica, próxima ao Assaí, Cop, Atacadão, Farmácia, 2 postos de gasolina.
Nice condominium with gym, parking, swimming pool, playroom, outdoor gym and children's toy.
The only downside is a little lack of privacy.
