★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acredito que deveria ter uma estrutura mais segura nas escadas e corredores que levam aos prédios, o muro é baixo e acidentes podem acontecer, só tem uns ferrinhos numas partes e não achei nada seguros, sei lá.
O estacionamento parece organizado, a piscina estava limpa, corredores e escadas também e nenhuma baderna aconteceu enquanto estive lá kk O apartamento que visitei é simples mas é legalzinho, 2 quartos e 2 banheiros (um quarto é suíte), tamanhos razoáveis, o espaço do AP dá pra organizar bem sala e cozinha, tem uma estrutura bem aberta, espaçosa e é legal pra fazer uma reunião social

The parking looks organized, the pool was clean, corridors and stairs too and no trouble happened while I was there kk The apartment I visited is simple but nice, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one bedroom is a suite), reasonable sizes, space AP you can organize the living room and kitchen well, it has a very open, spacious structure and it's nice to have a social gathering

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se você tem transporte próprio, é um lugar bem localizado, ótimo de viver. Se não tiver e depender de ônibus, tá lascado pra voltar pra casa, principalmente se for a noite. Mas tem ponto de mototáxi na frente do prédio, uma mini barraca onde você pode comprar itens de emergência. Se você tiver sorte, não terá nenhum vizinho próximo estudante de música ou que faz festa em casa todo fds. Estão instalando elevadores nos blocos, o que vai facilitar a chegada com as compras do mercado até o apto. Sobre a piscina, é muito cloro para pouca água, sempre. Ah, e é bem fácil conseguir internet, seja contratando ou dividindo com alguém.
