Falta um pouco de estrutura nas redondezas, mas dá para ir a pé para o Carioca shopping ou para o centro de Irajá com um pouco de disposição.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surpreendente morar neste condomínio, sou feliz a cada dia, tive a oportunidade de conhecer muitas pessoas legais e con isso fiz muitas amizades, só tenho a agradecer de vim morar e super recomendo pois é um ótimo custo e benefício, venha fazer parte da família Villaggio Carioca!!!
Surprising to live in this condominium, I am happy every day, I had the opportunity to meet many nice people and with that I made many friends, I can only thank you for coming to live and I highly recommend it because it is a great cost and benefit, come and be part of the Villaggio family From Rio!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considerando custo/benefício é um bom condomínio pra se morar. Relativamente próximo a duas estações de metrô (Vicente de Carvalho e Irajá) e a estação do BRT (Vicente de Carvalho), facilidade de transporte para diversos lugares.
Considering cost / benefit ratio is a good condo to live in. Relatively close to two subway stations (Vicente de Carvalho and Irajá) and the BRT station (Vicente de Carvalho), easy transportation to various places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segurança novo um pouco devagar, mas isso é normal. O condomínio possui estacionamento somente para moradores e para esse controle utiliza tags. Prédios bonitos, ruas limpas e pessoas educadas, sem geral. Não presenciei badernas e outras inconveniências. Há um bebedouro próximo a guarita, não sei se permitem que o convidado use.
New security a little bit slow, but that's normal. The condominium has parking only for residents and for this control uses tags. Beautiful buildings, clean streets and polite people, without general. I did not witness any riot and other inconveniences. There is a water fountain near the guardhouse, I don't know if they allow the guest to use it.
