★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi um bom lugar para morar alguns problemas de convivência e apesar de diversas reclamações pouco foi feito, minha janela da sala tem um ferro velho de bicicletas enferrujadas e ontem fui pelo lado de fora e quase me acidentei nelas, carro parado na vaga de carga e descarga por diversos dias obstruindo a passagem sendo que há moradores idosos com pouca mobilidade. Vizinho do piso superior que arrasta móveis até de madrugada. Já foi um lugar muito top mas por enquanto só soma reclamações e já desisti de pedir para resolver os problemas pois já me pediram pra ter paciência e isso há muito tempo...
It used to be a good place to live some coexistence problems and despite several complaints little has been done, my living room window has a junkyard of rusty bicycles and yesterday I went outside and almost had an accident on them, car stopped in the loading bay and unloading for several days obstructing the passage and there are elderly residents with little mobility. Upstairs neighbor who drags furniture until dawn. It used to be a very top place but for now it only adds up to complaints and I've given up asking to solve the problems because I've been asked to be patient and that's a long time ago...
