Não adianta reclamar pq nada muda.
Já não bastasse a vizinhança INFERNAL que tem na rua.
I don't recommend it, the neighbors inside the condominium make noise day and night and are never punished.. so they keep doing it.
It's no use complaining because nothing changes.
The INFERNAL neighborhood on the street wasn't enough.
