★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei e já mi arempedir os moradores de cima do meu são mal educados os filhos correm dentro de casa até meia noite e derruba coisa e arrastando móveis fora de horas que misericórdia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Apartamentos parecem que é de papelão, você escuta tudo que os vizinhos de cima e dos lados fazem. Moradores mal-educados, povo barulhento, a gente reclama do barulho dos vizinhos de cima e não acontece nenhuma punição.
I do not recommend. Apartments look like they are made of cardboard, you hear everything that the neighbors from above and from the sides do. Poor residents, noisy people, we complain about the noise from the neighbors above and there is no punishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Morei no segundo andar próximo ao Parquinho , não recomendo de jeito nenhum esse condomínio.
1 - Existe um bando de mulher desocupada QUE NÃO TEM O QUE FAZER, que ficam fofocando, praticamente gritando o dia todo na área do parquinho(que por sinal é só das crianças)
2 - Não sei por qual motivo a administração não colocou esse bendito desse parquinho em alguma outra área que não incomodasse os vizinhos, fico pensando se eu que morava no segundo andar já ouvia imagina quem mora no térreo o barulho que deve ser.
2 - Portaria entra quem quer.
3- Barulho infernal até as 22 começando sempre as 09 da manhã.
Não indico para ninguém esse condomínio, moradores extremamente mal educado.
I lived on the second floor next to the playground, I do not recommend this condo at all.
1 - There is a bunch of unoccupied women who have nothing to do, who are gossiping, practically screaming all day in the playground area (which, by the way, is only for children)
2 - I do not know why the administration did not put this blessed thing from this playground in some other area that did not bother the neighbors, I wonder if I, who lived on the second floor, already heard imagine who lives on the ground floor the noise that must be.
2 - Entrance enters whoever wants.
3- Hellish noise until 10 pm always starting at 9 am.
I do not recommend this condominium to anyone, extremely rude residents.
