★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local é bom de morar, relativamente seguro pois precisaria de uma equipe de segurança maior pro tamanho da área. Mas é um lugar que ainda vale a pena viver em relação a área externa. Área de lazer, apesar de ser pequena pro número de moradores, ainda oferece um certo lazer e tranquilidade. Os apartamentos são adequados pra um casal + um filho, acima disso já fica por conta da sua criatividade ajustar o espaço disponível.
The place is good to live in, relatively safe as it would need a larger security team for the size of the area. But it is a place that is still worth living in relation to the external area. Leisure area, despite being small for the number of residents, still offers a certain leisure and tranquility.
