★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Localizaçao otima, lugar tranquilo, tem de tudo perto sem precisar pegar carro, vizinhança nao tem reclamar, condominio sempre limpo organizado e um dos mais baratos regiao de guarulhos, planta dos aptos muito bem dustribuidos, pois ja vi apto de 100metros que 70mt é so de sacada "horrivel", vagas carros boas so umas 10 sao ruins pra pessimas... um lugar que se voce pensar em mudar sera dificil encontrar outro igual!
Optimal location, quiet place, has everything close without having to take a car, the neighborhood has no complaints, always clean and organized condominium and one of the cheapest region of guarulhos, very well equipped apartment, as I have seen fit of 100 meters that is 70 meters with a "horrible" balcony, only 10 good cars are bad for the worst ... a place that if you think about changing it will be hard to find another one like it!
