★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem localizado mas apesar de ser um condomínio novo ja se percebe desgaste. A piscina fica trancada, absurdo. O as vagas de estacionamento são apertadas. Tire do bau a aula de estacionar de ré.
 Well located but despite being a new condominium you can already see wear and tear. The pool is locked, absurd. The parking spaces are tight. Take the parking class backwards out of the trunk.

A good place to live. Close to roads that take you anywhere. It is opposite Mix Matheus, close to a gym and car dealership. Very well located.
