Quanto ao condomínio, tudo muito organizado, local de fácil acesso, atendentes do estacionamento bem educados e cortês. Muito bem organizado e estruturado.
 Renal Quality - Dr Flávio, excellent Nephrologist, very attentive, polite, kind... Explains everything we need to know clearly.
As for the condominium, everything is very organized, easily accessible, parking attendants are polite and courteous. Very well organized and structured.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O edifício é extremamente engessado para prestadores de serviços! Quem for prestar serviços la (gesseiro, encanador, eletricista, pedreiro, marceneiro, etc) aconselho que cobrem uma taxa a mais e adicional noturno nos seus orçamento, pois só poderão trabalhar à noite durante 2 horas ou aos sábados, além de ter que lidar com diversas restrições (muitas delas sem cabimento nenhum), vão perder bastante tempo tendo que explicar óbvio e ter estresse atoa! O edifício é lindo, porém cheio de burocracias! Um edifício desse nível merece uma administração mais inteligente!
The building is extremely plastered for service providers! Whoever is going to provide services there (plaster, plumber, electrician, bricklayer, carpenter, etc.) with several restrictions (many of them meaningless), they will waste a lot of time having to explain the obvious and having stress for nothing! The building is beautiful, but full of bureaucracy! A building of this level deserves smarter management!
